Our Autograph Collection Hotel in Seville opens its doors

The opening of our luxury boutique hotel “Querencia de Sevilla”, Autograph Collection’ took place on the 4th of April. The hotel is managed by Marriott.

The building, the former headquarters of Banco Andalucía, was acquired together with Atitlán in 2016 to carry out a full renovation of the space. The building has become one of the jewels in the Sevillian Hotel Market.

The strategic location of our hotel, in the heart of the Andalusian capital, has enabled our guests to enjoy the unique views. Fortunately, the opening coincided with the Sevillian traditions that have finally resumed after the pandemic. The Holy Week and a week later, the traditional “Feria de Sevilla” took place. After its successful opening, full occupation is expected for the summer months.

The hotel is already part of the city’s touristic landscape. Proof of this is that high audience radio programme “Herrera en COPE” chose the hotel to host their programme. Carlos Herrera and his guests have described our hotel as “an incomparable setting from which you can contemplate the beauty of Seville in all its splendour, with privileged views of the Cathedral and the Giralda cathedral, two wonders of Spanish heritage”.

Its 95 luxury rooms comprise a wide variety of types adapted to the needs and tastes of each client: suite, junior suite, grand deluxe and deluxe, with courtyard, terrace or balcony features, most with excellent views of the city and the Giralda. Among the services offered at there is a gym, cocktail bar, restaurant and a 700-square-metre terrace with a swimming pool and 360-degree panoramic views, as well as two elegantly equipped conference and meeting rooms.

The building also has 2,000 square metres for retail and restaurant use with independent access from the street. Nación Sushi restaurant, a successful Panamanian franchise founded in 2013, was inaugurated on May 20th. The rest of the commercial area is being marketed by Savills, which is already receiving offers from top international fashion luxury brands.

The hotel is considered a “must” for guests in search for an elegant experience.
