DRAGO presents Castellana 198 at a press conference

DRAGO held a breakfast with media at its offices to present Castellana 198, the urban regeneration project that will transform a building originally conceived as a hotel into a residential building on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid.

The presentation featured Christina Seilern, a Swiss-Austrian architect and founder of London-based Studio Seilern Architects. A graduate of Columbia University, Seilern was the founding director of the London office of Rafael Viñoly Architects (RVA) before establishing her own studio in 2006. During the event, she outlined the architectural principles guiding the building’s transformation and its integration into the urban environment.

Representing DRAGO were Mayte Medina, Director of Operations, and Germán López-Madrid, Director of Acquisitions.

Luis Valdés, Marketing Director of CBRE, the firm responsible for the exclusive marketing of the project, addressed the context of the residential market and the evolution of northern Madrid.

The meeting allowed the architectural vision and real estate plan of Castellana 198, which has received coverage in various national media outlets, to be shared with the press.

DRAGO thanks the journalists for their attendance and interest, as well as the teams and collaborators who made the organization of the day possible.
